Shipping & Returns

What if I want to change my order once its placed?

It’s super important to triple check your order before placing it to make sure that you are getting the right size and design.  However, if you notice something isn’t right with your order after placing it, please email our customer support team within 24 hours at Ceo@itgirlsociety.com. We are happy to help as best we can to make things right.  We cannot guarantee any changes, as our shipping team is highly efficient, and can get orders out as soon as 24 hours after you place it.

What happens if my order says delivered and I didnt receive my package?

The worst feeling in the world is getting a notification, but not a package.  We do our best to partner with reliable shipping carriers.  Unfortunately, once the items leave our facilities we can no longer assume responsibility.  The best course of action is to reach out to your local post office and see if it was taken to a different location. Please let us know if you are experiencing any challenges by reaching out to customer service at Ceo@itgirlsociety.com within 14 days of the delivery notification so we an assist in filing a claim for your missing package.
